Saturday Morning July 24- Bus Tour

Actually the bus tour was a convoy with a large 44 seater bus and 2 vans because there were so many of us! We visited Yarmouth and Cornign landmarks, and learned a few new things on the way!

  And away we go!!!

It was a foggy morning but it didn't dampen spirits.

Susan Corning from Halifax, NS.

We visited Cape Forchu and the historic lighthouse.

Ted Mitchell (California) said he enjoyed the fog.

WE visited the Chegoggin Baptist church and were surprised by what we found inside!

Inside the church was this lamp shade which read:

"In memory of Edna C. Corning"

We learned that Edna had been a missionary in India.
